ACI has a minority interest in Colstrip Energy Limited Partnership, a 38 MW waste coal fired power facility located in Rosebud County approximately 6 miles north of Colstrip, Montana.

New York Regional Interconnect, Inc.

ACI owns 50% of Colmac NYRI, Inc. which owns 100% of New York Regional Interconnect Inc. which is currently developing a 1200 MW HVDC transmission line between upstate New York at Edic substation and terminating in the southeastern New York electric zones at Rock Tavern in Orange County.
