Effective October 31, 2011 the company changed our name from American Consumer Industries Inc. to ACI Energy, Inc. to better reflect our current services.

ACI Energy, Inc. ("ACI") is a Delaware investment holding company that specializes in environmentally sensitive power generation technologies and applications. ACI was formed in 1983 and holds direct interests in various companies.

The Chairman, President and CEO of ACI is Robert S. McLeese, succeeding his father as Chairman.

ACI's strategic objective is to develop and/or buy quality, long term assets that match the long term interests and corporate tax profile of the ACI group.
